Assistant / ​Deputy Manager - Global Key Account Development

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and implementing the Company’s corporate strategies on BCO development and management especially for Global Key Account (GKA)
  • Expand GKA wallet share and develop end-to-end cooperation. Build up and strengthen the constructional relationship between GKA and the company by digital tools
  • Identify the customer pain-points and design the solutions or suitable products, coordinate with relevant departments. Resolve space, equipment, operation and other issues for GKA to achieve customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Identify new business opportunities. Draft and execute the business and marketing development plans to achieve sales and profits target
  • Lead customer projects. Organize and coordinate effectively with respective parties including regions and functional depts in HQ to ensure a smooth implementation
  • Analyze the historical performance and develop strategies to improve the customer insights
  • Review, fine-tune and file the existing process of GKA development and management
  • Set GKA development target under mutual agreement with regions and constantly follow up on measurement, evaluation and guide the regions to take appropriate actions
  • Assist and work with regional offices for resolution if any issues arisen in GKA
  • Establish GKA sales mutual assistance mechanism globally to improve efficiency and productivity​

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience in logistics related industry, experience in managing NA/EU sizable client preferred
  • Strong marketing intelligence, innovative idea, problem solving and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, presentable and with good teamwork. Strong sense of responsibility
  • Good at MS office, Excel, Word, PPT and data analysis
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
