*The above free parking offer is applicable to P1, P2, P3 and P4 Car Parks in Hong Kong Science Park. The redemption is applied to the last 2 / 3 hours.

• For every spending of HKD 200 or above, each motorcycle or private vehicle is eligible for two (2) hours free parking at all times. In addition, for spending of HKD400 of above, three (3) hours of free parking is offered to One (1) motorcycles or private vehicles; or for spending of HKD 600 or above, two (2) hours free parking is offered to two (2) motorcycles or private vehicles in the following time.
  • After 6pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays)
  • After 1pm on Saturday and
  • Anytime on Sunday and Public Holiday for any spending of HKD 600 or above based on the above table.
    
    
• Free parkings are only offered upon presentation of one single valid receipt evidencing the spending of the requisite amounts.
  
  
• Customers are required to use the same Octopus card to enter and exit the car park in order to redeem free parking privileges.
  
  
• To enjoy the parking privileges, customers are required to present both the machine-printed original sameday transaction receipts issued by approved retail, food and beverage outlets and the corresponding electronic transaction proof. Such electronic transaction proof includes original Designated Electronic Payment receipts or transaction record on the mobile payment app (for verification and image capturing). The merchant’s transaction receipts must be clearly printed with the merchant’s name, transaction amount and time. Duplicate, re-printed, handwritten receipts or electronic payment slips will not be accepted. All receipts will be stamped as part of the redemption procedures, and the stamped receipts cannot be re-used.
  
  
• Designated electronic payments are limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Quick Pass, WeChat Pay, AliPay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to Octopus or Octopus O!ePay).
  
  
• The following receipts are not acceptable: receipts for purchasing of gift certificates, merchant vouchers or case coupons and banking service; receipts for charitable donations, renting of exhibition venue, exchange of refund receipts for purchase of stored-value cards or any value added to stored-value cards, split transaction, receipts for membership fees, receipts for deposit, receipts for monthly payments such as mobile phone tuition services, utility bills and carpark monthly payment, receipts for topping up Octopus Cards and the receipts issued by entities other than the retail, food & beverage outlets, e.g. office tenants, etc.
  
  
• Any number of parking hours that exceeds the eligible "Free Parking Hours" on a particular day will be charged in accordance with the Hong Kong Science Park hourly parking rate.
  
  
• All customers should comply with the rules and regulations governing car parks in Hong Kong Science Park at all times.
  
  
• Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) & Hong Kong Science Park Facilities Management Office (FMO) reserve the right to change or amend any free parking offers and/or these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, HKSTP and/or FMO’s decision is final and binding.
