Financial Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end project financial management, including project planning & budgeting, project implementation & control, and reporting & analysis of projects.
- Collaborate with project team lead and finance management team lead to explore and develop strategies to manage the risk, cost control & to achieve project KPIs.
- Generate financial reports and analysis to track budget variance, produce budget baseline and monitor the execution of the predetermined financial KPIs
- Liaise closely with project team to monitor the sales and delivery process, ensure proper delivery and documentation of project for the payment, sale invoicing and collection purpose
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above. Major in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance will be preferred.
- In-depth knowledge in accounting
- Basic knowledge in project financial management
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Customer service oriented, can work effectively under pressure.
- With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking.
