Job Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of HR support including but not limited to C&B, payroll, taxation, recruitment activities, visa application, staff on-boarding and employee attendance etc;
- Maintain accurate employee record in HR system and filing system;
- Liaise with different parties and service providers to support the HR operations;
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in HRM / BBA / Accounting or relevant studies;
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in MNC or Chinese Organization;
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Detail-minded, independent, responsible and well-organized;
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer;
- Fresh graduate will be considered;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
