Production Director
Job Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing and testing procedures for developing products
- Ensure the product performance, reliability and manufacturability in a professional, resourceful and compliant manner
- Perform lab testing and data analysis of developing products
- Support procurement of all necessary and related chemicals, materials and equipment for product production and QC testing
- Perform tech-transfer of R&D projects to bring the product from lab-scale to mass production in factory in China
- Generate project related documents
- Other assignment as directed by management
Job Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering or related field
- At least 8 years of production and project management experience, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Willing to travel to China
