(Senior) Supply Chain Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and fulfill of customers’ needs accurately by compiling corresponding supply chain solution.
  • Participate the bidding and contract negotiation, design contract terms of the supply chain to ensure the solution of supplies can be executed.
  • Oversees the operations of flow of goods, including shipping, transportation, warehouse and custom declaration to meet the company goals.
  • Review supply chain process to develop and implement strategies that streamline processes and reduce cost.
  • Liaise with related parties to strive for operational excellence, formulate demand forecast by reviewing the sales forecast and stock performance and resolve any arising issues, ensure goods of arrival can meet the date required by customers.
  • Ensure all operation adhere to laws, regulations and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in supply chain or other related disciplines.
  • 3 years + supply chain work experience with supervisory role is preferred.
  • Good understanding on general supply process knowledge and equipped with excellent MS software skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationship within a multicultural work environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and build up good relations with all projects stakeholders;
  • With integrated decision-making skills, ability to prioritize the works.
  • Highly disciplined, independent, resilient, self-motivated, service oriented, positive can-do attitude.
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
