Job Responsibilities
- Report to Head of Consumer Engagement and work closely with our Brand, Digital and Sales teams, to perform customer segmentation and develop specific strategies to target each segment.
- You will conduct effective campaigns to recruit, retain and reactivate customers, as well as loyalty program evaluation and optimization.
- You will also focus on enhancing customer data collection touchpoints, to draw customer insights more precisely.
Job Requirements
- Hold a degree preferable in Marketing or Business Studies
- Have experience in using CRM / Marketing Automation Tools including Oracle and Salesforce
- Have good understanding of CRM current & emerging market trend
- Think out-of-the-box and proactively initiate new ideas
- Are data-sensitive, numerical, analytical, strategic
