Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the office automation (OA) implementation project.
- Assist in handle daily general accounting duties, AR/AP transactions; maintain proper filing and accounting records.
- Ensure internal control measures in compliance with corporate standards.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
- Experienced in ERP/Kingdee project management and proven experience to work with IT on relevant system implementation.
- Strong project management skills to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure..
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
