Job Responsibilities
- Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and other business materials including user manuals and internal SOPs
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently, troubleshoot the client’s issue navigating on the product web portal, and provide excellent client service to maintain the client’s satisfaction level
- Perform regular manual accuracy checks to maintain the quality of the service
- Improve customer’s experience by finding new training solutions and collecting client feedback and experiences on the product usage
- Identify, report and follow up on issues with internal parties, and ensure all issues are resolved efficiently in an appropriate manner
- Support any ad-hoc tasks as required during daily Sales Team operations
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience (experience in customer success/sales operation support is preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, information technology or related disciplines
- Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English. Familiarity with business language is a plus
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, independence and willingness to learn
