Centre IT Support Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and provide support on Centre’s IT infrastructure, systems and business applications, and also provide technical support to the end-users in the Centre;
  • anage server room including hardware, software and accessories; Maintain hardware and software inventory;
  • Assist in daily IT administration, e.g. IT procurement, IT systems housekeeping, routine system check-up, technical document maintenance, etc.;
  • Assist Senior Technical Officer in preparing budget for quarterly or annual returns.
  • Liaise with vendors on project, system maintenance and implementation;
  • Provide emergency support during non-office hour in Science Park and Cyberport office if necessary;
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, with knowledge in maintaining IT infrastructure, helpdesk support, firewall security, and VMware infrastructure system;
  • Possesses good technical understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Windows network environment is essential;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Trustworthy and reliable with strong ethical standards;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
  • Primary work location: Science Park.
