Client Support Specialist (CSS)

Job Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first line of contact to offer prompt support to client and vendor partners.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, programming engineers and technical teams to troubleshoot and provide solution to clients.
  • Initiate warm call and occasional on-site visit to existing clients to offer support, review usage satisfaction and provide upselling solutions.
  • Assist on simple repair and maintenance to robotics products
  • General clerical / administrative tasks
  • Adhoc task assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Work experience in customer service or similar role
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and upselling technique
  • Excellent verbal (Cantonese, English & Mandarin) and written communications skills
  • Familiarization with Android / iOS devices
  • Quick learner of new technologies
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
