Job Responsibilities
- Acting as the first line of contact to offer prompt support to client and vendor partners.
- Coordinate with suppliers, programming engineers and technical teams to troubleshoot and provide solution to clients.
- Initiate warm call and occasional on-site visit to existing clients to offer support, review usage satisfaction and provide upselling solutions.
- Assist on simple repair and maintenance to robotics products
- General clerical / administrative tasks
- Adhoc task assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Work experience in customer service or similar role
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and upselling technique
- Excellent verbal (Cantonese, English & Mandarin) and written communications skills
- Familiarization with Android / iOS devices
- Quick learner of new technologies
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
