Frontend Developer (Human-AI Interaction)
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to development needs of web applications and innovation projects;
- Understand user requirements and design; develop technical and innovative solutions;
- Collaborate closely with Project Manager, system developers, UI/UX designers, and data analysts to develop initiative and elegant UI solutions for improving user experience and site performance;
- Identify issues and dissect complex problems for systematically deriving solutions;
- Deliver clean and maintainable codes, optimized for accessibility standards;
- Perform function development and enhancement, system deployment and testing;
- Prepare documentations and manuals for illustration, training, and promotional purposes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
- 1-3 years or above experience in web and application development using React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Web Responsive Layout, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous request handling;
- Willing to learn and having strong interest in exploring and implementing new user interface technologies and mechanisms;
- Strong problem-solving skills in frontend programming and user interface handling;
- Self-motivated with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in using open-source software like GitHub is a plus.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching other designers or teammates would be an advantage.
