Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for full range of HR functions, including recruitment, contract and on-boarding, payroll and benefits administration, MPF schemes, etc.
- Liaise with operations / department representatives on the recruitment needs
- Review and develop employee handbook
- Coordinate and prepare internal HR announcement
- Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including •procurement and maintenance of office equipment
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Human Resources
- Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
