Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full range of HR functions, including recruitment, contract and on-boarding, payroll and benefits administration, MPF schemes, etc.
  • Liaise with operations / department representatives on the recruitment needs
  • Review and develop employee handbook
  • Coordinate and prepare internal HR announcement
  • Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including •procurement and maintenance of office equipment
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Human Resources
  • Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
