IC International Purchasing Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Identification of potential suppliers (agent, principals, excess stock, distributors, ODM suppliers, OEM suppliers, EMS suppliers, etc.) especially in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and other markets in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Conducting inquiry, purchase negotiation, order placement, tracking order and logistics direction according to purchasing needs.
  • Regularly analyze market dynamics and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies.
  • Ensure that the procurement process aligns with company policies and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year or more of experience in electronic component purchasing.
  • Preference will be given to candidates proficient in local market languages, including English, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indian languages, or other relevant languages.
  • Deep understanding of international supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management abilities.
  • Accept a fluctuating income model linked to gross profit (GP) performance.
