Logistics Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of I/E documents and trade declaration under instruction
• Go through the Logistic flow, of process invoice, packing list and shipping instruction
• Follow up shipment and tracking
• Answer customers’ enquiries
• Perform any other, Logistics, Shipping duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate, Master (MSc or MPhil), PhD students major in logistics, marketing, or relevant disciplines
• Interest in in trading industry is a plus
• Interest in trading in mainland China and Taiwan is preferable
• Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
• A good team player and sound communication skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
