Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and improve various equipment, mechanical systems, and components to meet company requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop mechanical design solutions for equipment and products, including strength verification, component selection, and technical reviews of assemblies.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment, including fault diagnosis, optimization, and corresponding improvements.
  • Participate in monitoring the production process of equipment and products to ensure compliance with design requirements and quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction drawings for equipment and provide guidance and supervision for equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Participate in supplier evaluation and communication, supervise the manufacturing quality and delivery progress of component suppliers.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with electrical engineers, algorithm engineers, test engineers, etc., to develop equipment inspection standards and participate in acceptance processes.
  • Lead on-site installation of equipment, provide effective technical guidance, and drive problem identification and resolution.
  • Responsible for the selection, design, and validation of other mechanical structural components and key components in addition to equipment, accurately outputting the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM).

Job Requirements

  • •\tBachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • •\tAt least 3 years of experience in equipment or mechanical system design. Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference, and outstanding recent graduates with internship experience will also be considered.
  • •\tProficient in mechanical principles and design knowledge, skilled in using software such as SolidWorks, CAD, and office productivity tools.
  • •\tIn-depth understanding of the manufacturing and installation processes required for equipment, familiar with relevant national and industry standards.
  • •\tAbility to independently manage projects, complete the entire design, validation, and process transformation, and generate various design and development documents.
  • •\tStrong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, with a strong problem-solving ability.
  • •\tProficient in English, able to read and write technical documents in English.
  • •\tPrior experience of at least 2 years in team management is preferred.
