Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the trial production and testing of optical systems, including optical lenses, light sources, etc. Participate in lens selection, design, assembly planning, and performance optimization to ensure the precision and stability of optical system design.
- Assist in evaluating and designing new products from an optical perspective.
- Communicate with suppliers during the mold opening process to ensure technical specifications and performance.
- Collaborate with production technology and provide technical support, analysis, and solutions in case of significant issues during the production process..
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Optics, Precision Instruments, or related fields.
- Proficiency in geometric optics, physical optics, imaging optics, or familiarity with semiconductor or solid-state laser principles. Knowledge of Gaussian beam imaging and laser spectral characteristics analysis, with a foundation in mechanical design principles and basic circuit knowledge.
- Skilled in using optical design software such as Zemax.
- At least 2 years of experience in optical testing, including independent work experience, professional project collaboration experience, and successful optical system installation and adjustment experience.
- Experience in lens design or laser system testing is preferred.
- Candidates with mass production experience will be given preference.
- Familiar with optical component processing techniques and testing methods, with a deep understanding of optical component materials, manufacturability, reliability, and cost. Familiarity with upstream processing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
- Proficiency in Chinese, Cantonese, or English.
