Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the project to fulfil the committed project schedule, budget and scope to ensure a successful project delivery;
  • Manage the project scope, schedule, product cost, risk control, resources allocation, project quality, and communication with project stakeholders;
  • Consolidate project documentation, planning, meeting, reviews and reports to project stakeholders and manage the project arbitration;
  • Manage and provide timely resolution of project issues including resolution planning and escalation for out-of-scope issues;
  • Control the project execution, manage the risk and review the progress;
  • Prepare the project internal materials including order forms, purchase requests, budget requests, document approval during the project life-cycle.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holders or above in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years' delivery and service experience in ICT industry with strong customer service oriented;
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented and project-owner mindset;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management Tools
