Job Responsibilities
- Lead a group of Scientists to perform health product development to meet the tight schedule.
- MUST be willing to perform experiments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during formulation process. Motivate the team to keep tidy and detailed record and maintain a comprehensive database.
- Communicate with other departments on the commercialization of health products.
- Support other R&D activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food and Nutritional Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- At least 8 years experience in the R&D development in food/FMCG industry with knowledge of food systems and ingredient functionality is a must.
- Must have hand-on experience in food/health products development.
- Knowledge of ISO22000, HACCP, BRC, GMP/PICS requirements.
- Good communication, supervision and multiple project management skills.
- More experiences will be considered as Senior Project Manager, less experiences will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
