Quality & Manufacturing Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for product and process quality & reliability testing
- Manage and maintain quality standards and relevant certifications
- Manage customer failure analysis, trouble shooting and reporting as well as providing engineering support
- Monitor vendors’ quality improvement programs
- Liaise with internal parties and vendors;
- Responsible for periodical quality review and reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years in supervisory role; experience gain from semiconductor manufacturing industry with display driver IC will be advantageous;
- Knowledge in quality audit for ISO9000 & 14000;
- Strong ability to work with regional and headquarter team for results;
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Good command in English and Mandarin;
- Willing to travel is a must.
