Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing plans & executions, customer relationship management and new client development, and achieving sales targets;
- Participates in product promotion activities & customer meetings to increase brand awareness & business opportunities;
- Understands customer needs & procurement arrangements and handles after-sales supports with customer satisfactions;
- Collects & analyses market intelligence regularly for in-house product development & competitor benchmarking;
- Assists in sales negotiations and signing to complete the sales cycle;
- Works closely with teammates to drive business success;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business administration, or relevant disciplines;
- Passionate about sales work, with strong sense of responsibility & execution abilities;
- Possess market research & analysis capabilities, and be able to quickly understand market dynamics & customer needs;
- Has good communication & negotiation skills, and be able to independently carry out market development works;
- Has strong teamwork spirit & service awareness, and be able to effectively solve problems and handle emergencies;
- Priority will be given to those who have sales & marketing experience in the battery industry;
