Senior Director / Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Able to lead the sales team to achieve sales targets Formulate and implement strategic business plans to achieve company targets
  • Identify and develop sales opportunity in line with company strategy
  • Able to build and maintain close relationship with new and existing customers and business partners
  • Able to work with sales support engineers and product managers as a team
  • Coordinate company resources to serve customer and provide feedback on customer requirements to the company

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or IT/Electronic Engineering
  • 10+ years working experience in sales with proven leadership and experience in direct sales and/or channel sales,sales experience in wireless solution preferred
  • Multi-national sales and marketing exposure
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English,
  • Able to work with the customers in different time zone
  • Willing to travel
