Senior Executive Administrator

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support: Collaborate with the COO offering administrative support to the Company;
  • Support executives on resource management;
  • Foster and maintain clear communication throughout the office;
  • Drive data excellence and maintain data workflow;
  • Assist executives in preparing meeting materials and presentations;
  • Drive key organizational events: Plan and lead events, exhibitions and delegation visits;
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with minimal 10 years of work experience with a track record of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organization and communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Ability to take initiative and have a flexible and positive approach to multitask while meeting deadlines;
  • High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and proven competency;
  • Highly proficient technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle senior-level responsibilities with finesse.
