System Engineer / Senior System Engineer (HKHPC-ISS)

Research on technologies that bring impact to the customers and the company;
In-house support for environmental forecasting and business intelligence divisions;
Design, implementation, and maintenance of HPC / big data systems for customers, on-premises, and on-cloud.

Post-secondary / bachelor’s degree in computer science, information engineering, computer engineering, information systems, or similar university curriculums;
Exposure to shell environments, e.g., bash, csh, zsh, PowerShell;
Ability to comprehend and troubleshoot software, e.g., tracing error messages;
Passion and analytical mindset for problem solving;
Professional Cantonese and English for customer-facing activities;
Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork;
Permanent resident (or valid working visa) in Hong Kong;
Knowledge to comprehend and write shell scripts / playbooks will be an advantage;
Capacity of installing computing servers will be an advantage.
