Technology Research and Development
Job Description
- Prepare UX/UI design and materials using design software and technologies (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Photoshop) for websites and mobile apps
- Analyze current user journey to understand motivation, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct user research, testing, and project evaluation to optimize customer experience
- Maintain website and app layouts
- Collaborate effectively with technology teams and business stakeholders
- Report to the Senior UI/UX Designer

Full-time, Mix-mode (remain consistent within a calendar month)

Preferred Academic Disciplines

Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Relevant experience or strong interest as a UX/UI designer or in similar roles
- Able to handle a Mac and design software and technologies (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Solid experience in web design with knowledge of interface design, HTML5, CSS, SASS, etc.
- Creative, well-organized, independent, self-initiated, and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate availability is preferred
