• Assist in handling daily orders and responding to client inquiries.
• Support the management and operation of clients project.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and conduct data analysis.
• Help organize promotional activities, such as exhibitions.
• Focus on exploring new business channels and partnership opportunities in the market.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Higher Diploma or degree in Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, online platform management, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word ---Processing.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated.
