1. Plant based meat with higher quality and nutritional profile that is chewable to increase its texture in comparison with current commercial products.
2. Non-alcoholic beer which used low fermentation enzymes for real brewing. Whilst ABV below 0.3% that claim as zero beer under HK regulation.
More food innovative and technology product to come with company expansion in the future.

Job Description

Looking for talented and interested intern to join to explore on advance food technology and be a team member in research and development plus marketing activities.The candidate will be engaged in different research and development project in food technology, not limited to marketing events (e.g. FOOD EXPO Pro, private club invitation) to promote our advanced innovative products. Apart from plant base meat and non-alcoholic beer, our team have already obtained investor interested in the development of upcycled food and ginseng extraction for nutritional benefits.
