Technology Research and Development

Job Description

• Algorithm research and development: Participate in the research and development of NLP-related algorithms, including but not limited to text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, machine translation, audio generation, video generation, etc.
• Model optimization and tuning: Optimize existing NLP models, improve model performance and efficiency, and explore new model architectures and training methods.
• Experiment and evaluation: design and implement experiments, evaluate the effects of different algorithms and models, write experimental reports and put forward suggestions for improvement.
• Technical document writing: Write technical documents, record algorithm design, implementation process and experimental results to ensure the maintainability and scalability of the project.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members to participate in technical discussions and code reviews, and share the latest NLP research results and technology trends.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Education: Undergraduate or graduate students in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, or related majors.
• Programming skills: Proficient in Python and familiar with commonly used deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Algorithm foundation: Have a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures, and be familiar with common machine learning algorithms and NLP technologies.
• NLP knowledge: Understand the basic concepts and tasks of natural language processing, such as word segmentation, word vectors, language models, sequence annotation, etc.
• Learning ability: Have strong learning ability, be able to quickly master new technologies and tools, and have a strong interest in cutting-edge research in the field of NLP.
• Teamwork: Good communication skills and team spirit, able to collaborate effectively with team members.

Bonus points:

• Experience in NLP-related projects or internships.
• Familiar with pre-trained models such as Transformer, BERT, and GPT.
