Since the emergence of the pandemic in 2019, companies across various industries have embraced remote work and flexible hours as a new norm. However, a significant challenge arises in maintaining effective collaboration and fostering in-person connections.

ATech has faced similar challenges since establishing their development center in Indonesia. They encountered issues such as decreased productivity, a lack of camaraderie among colleagues, difficulties in management control, and feelings of physical and psychological isolation. Recognizing the opportunity, ATech's co-founders created Teamtrics, a Remote Work System Software as a Service (RWS SaaS) platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Teamtrics aims to enhance productivity and improve the well-being of staff members operating in this new work paradigm.
