Job Description

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain the frontend of our AI-driven creative talent marketplace using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend components for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Backend Collaboration: Assist in backend development tasks related to the integration of machine learning models into the recommendation engine.
• Machine Learning Integration: Work with the data and AI teams to visualize machine learning outputs on the frontend, including real-time recommendation updates and search features.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write and execute unit and integration tests, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in both frontend and backend components.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
• Frameworks Knowledge: Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Backend Knowledge: Basic understanding of backend technologies, APIs, and databases (e.g., Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs).
• AI Familiarity: Awareness of machine learning concepts and their integration into web applications is a plus.
• Responsive Design: Strong grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
