Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated intern to work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

User Support & Technology Adoption
  • Provide hands-on support to patients and families during technology adoption trials.
  • Train users and healthcare providers on device usage and troubleshooting.
  • Address technical queries to ensure a smooth trial experience.

Data Collection & Analysis
  • Collect user feedback and trial data to monitor technology performance and adoption rates.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare summary reports to assist in improving product performance and user satisfaction.

Marketing & Outreach
  • Assist with social media content creation to raise awareness of Neuropix’s innovative solutions.
  • Develop materials that highlight user success stories and trial outcomes.
  • Support outreach initiatives to patient groups, healthcare providers, and online communities.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A student or recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Data Analysis, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with users and healthcare professionals.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to collect, process, and interpret data.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data analysis tools (experience with statistical software is a plus).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving lives through technology.
