Job Description

As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing IT projects related to generative AI technologies while also supporting marketing efforts to promote our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication of our offerings to the market.

Key Responsibilities

IT Project Management:

• Administer project activities including but not limited to gathering business requirements, documentation, and tendering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Liaise and manage vendors to ensure timely and accurate implementation.

Marketing:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Support events and webinars to showcase our solutions and engage with potential clients.

Work Mode

Full-time, Part-time, Mix-mode (remain consistent within a calendar month)

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in project management or marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and trends is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., notion, Jira)
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior project executive role.
