Q1. Who can be a member of HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery?
Individuals involved in I&T-related fields, including members of technology start-ups, incubatees, investors, or staff members of tech enterprises are welcome to join as members for FREE. Priority will be given to HKSTP staff of incubatees and partner companies with Club Wheelock membership.
Q2. How do I register as a member?
Please review the Terms & Conditions and fill in the Membership Registration Form. Your registration will be verified within three working days and a confirmation email will be sent to you once completed.
Q3. Who can reserve the venues / facilities at HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery?
Registered members of HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery can make advance bookings for the facilities. Please register to become a member prior to submitting a reservation request.
Members of HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery are also invited to register for Club Wheelock.
Q4. What venues / facilities are available for reservation?
Match Boxes and Buddy Bar are available for reservation on a first-come-first-served basis and bookings can be made at least one working day or up to 30 days prior to your scheduled date.
Each booking session for Match Boxes and Buddy Bar is one hour. Each person is eligible to book one Match Box for a maximum of two sessions (i.e. two hours) per day. Bookings are not transferable.

Q5. Is there a charge for using the venues/ facilities?
No. Both membership and venue booking are free of charge.
Q6. What do I need to prepare before starting the online reservation?
You will be required to provide the following details in the online reservation: booking purpose, event date and time, no. of participants and contact person
Q7. How do I know the reservation procedure is completed?
It will take two working days to process the booking, and you will receive a confirmation email from the Venue Manager once your reservation is approved.
Reservations made after 17:00 will be processed on the next working day.
Q8. When I get there, how do I check in?
Members who reserve the venue at HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery should present the booking confirmation email, together with his/her business card for room check-in 5 minutes prior to the reserved schedule. If it is not checked-in 15 minutes after the starting time, such reservation will be cancelled, and such member will not be able to use such space.
At least one valid member shall be present at the Gallery during the use of booked session.
Q9. Based on the event requirements, can I arrange catering at the venue?
Food delivery and catering are not allowed at the Gallery, unless prior approval by the Venue Manager.
Q10. How can I change or cancel the reservation after submission?
Please send an email to hkstpxwheelock@hkstp.org and inform the Gallery at least one working day in advance of your scheduled event.
