Assistant Manager / Manager, Leasing & Operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute leasing strategies and leasing budget planning to achieve company’s target
  • Monitor leasing processes, procedure, standards and guidelines properly in place and governed
  • Build strong business network with property agents and maintain good relationship with tenants and related parties
  • Responsible for all pre-lease/leasing matters, including lease negotiation, tenancy documentation and administration
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above in any discipline, preferably in Real Estate or Surveying
  • At least 6 years working experience in commercial and office leasing, preferably in large-scaled portfolio,
  • Solid experience in launching a new project is an advantage
  • Strong business acumen with good negotiation and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Manager, Leasing & Operations
