Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to surpass targets and achieve exceptional results.
  • Attend prominent industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strategically promote our cutting-edge solutions, establish valuable connections with key stakeholders, and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Consistently surpass sales quotas, targets, and KPIs through the implementation of effective and results-driven strategies.
  • Skilfully address client inquiries, objections, and negotiate successful deals by delivering tailored proposals, captivating presentations, engaging product demonstrations, and facilitating informative site visits.
  • Provide diligent oversight of sales forecasts, budgets, and pipelines, delivering regular updates to senior management to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to successfully implement solutions that cater to the unique needs of government and construction clients.

Job Requirements

  • Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development and/or in construction sector, with a proven track record of success in connecting to government departments and contractors
  • Good storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapports with key decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organization and time management skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be recruited as Sales Manager
