You will be undergoing a 24-months programme with job rotation opportunity across various departments to have a comprehensive understanding to learn how to run a business.
The whole program will be covering all functional and operational departments to fully experience all sales channels as well as our intensive marketing exposure.
It is designed to equip you with a successful businessman sight to excel your professionals in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, developing you into one of our future leaders in this competitive society equipped with solid problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills, leading you to become a true leader in our organization in the future.

Final year students or recent graduates from any disciplines with less than 2 years experience
