Job Responsibilities
- To be a part of the AP Headquarters team and be responsible for AP control monitoring
- To review and book-keep global AP accounts including third party agents
- To coach regional teams, prepare and review Group bank reconciliations
- To work with other functional departments to review, monitor and fine-tune the AP processes of the Group
- To assist in various AP system enhancement and development projects
- To guide and to work closely with financial centers in China
- Support the AP Manager in training and coaching of the Group's AP processes to Regional offices and other stakeholders
- Prepare AP statistics, reports, and analysis on an ad-hoc and/or routine basis
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Accounting or related discipline
- Qualified accountant or having passed all qualified accountant examination is a must
- Min. of 7 years' work experience in the Accounting field
- Knowledge in shipping industry and AP is an advantage
- Experience in SAP is preferable
- Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven and comfortable working under pressure
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must
- Competent in MS Windows applications
