Hardware Installation and Maintenance Technician

Develop technical and functional specifications, design solution and systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality and support technology implementation
Develop and lead proof-of-concept implementation
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges, resolve technical issues and recommend improvements to ensure successful proof-of-concept implementation
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer’s queries and requests
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Collaborate with all parties, internal and customers’, to ensure development of project plan to ensure successful and smooth delivery of solutions

Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field with technical focuses
2+ years of relevant working experience
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
Experience in transportation or vehicle mechanic industry a plus
Experience with various operating systems and databases
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
Good time management and interpersonal skills
A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
EMSD Certificate for Vehicle Mechanic in Electrical and Mechanical is highly preferred
Driving Licence - Vehicle Classification Code 1/2 is highly preferred
