Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and brainstorm campaigns.
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Source and produce engaging online and offline content to ensure marketing channels are up to date, relevant, and interesting.
- Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
- Research industry innovations and tools.
- Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Assist with the writing/editing and proofreading of content, including but not limited to social media posts, web articles, and recruitment advertisements.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of social media platforms from places not limited to Hong Kong is a plus
- Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software. (We will teach you a lot of new things!)
- Able to generate new ideas, invent new things, create new images or designs
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Language skills: Able to translate and/or interpret in a given language functionally; bilingual
