Job Responsibilities
- Plan and analyze the product market: Collect market information, explore market opportunities, and cultivate and track related leads to generate opportunities.
- Develop solutions in the ICT service market, plan and design solutions, make commercial quotations, present solutions, clarify solutions, and negotiate with each other, and take responsibility for the competitiveness, profitability, and deliver-ability of solutions.
- Participate in customer relationship development: Support the establishment of organizational customer relationships, establish good relationships with technical customers, and be able to communicate with and guide technical customers.
- Identify customer pain points related to ICT service: Understand customers' business solutions, identify gaps or customer network issues between networks and ICT service solutions and business solutions through insight into customers, and promote internal solution improvement to meet customers' development requirements.
- Be responsible for solution guidance: Adapt Huawei's ICT service solutions and match with product solution capabilities to customers' pain points, and complete ICT service solution development and bidding project development.
- Organize special market expansion activities: Demonstrate Huawei's solution capabilities and organize branding activities such as technology summits and exhibitions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronic engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the field of Telecom, experience with international telecom vendors is highly preferred.
- With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hard working.
