Research & Insights Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • As part of our Consumer Engagement team, you will be reporting to our Head of Consumer Engagement for the end-to-end delivery of research programs.
  • The role primarily focuses on identifying the best practices for supporting the business and industry growing opportunities by performing research, conducting intelligent experiment, collecting data and offering recommendations on evaluating the current business situation.
  • You will be required to plan, manage, and monitor research schedule to produce various research outputs for a range of internal parties including analysis, report writing and presentations to help on achieving company revenue, profitability, quality, and other related business development objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Statistics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science or related discipline
  • Having solid experience in research or marketing field, preferred in the consumer goods industry
  • Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Equip outstanding presentation and organizational skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated and creative team player with strong business acumen
  • Able to work under pressure as well as tight timeline
