Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing vouchers, accounting entries, and arranging payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank balances. Prepare and arrange payment schedules based on forecasts and budgets from operations.
- Perform month-end closing and prepare a full set of accounts and relevant schedules for consolidation.
- Support in preparing the group consolidation.
- Assist both internal and external auditors, as well as other professionals, in statutory audits, tax-related matters, and corporate exercises.
- Maintain and keep track of records with relevant regulatory bodies for government subsidy and funding schemes.
- Coordinate work for accounting system upgrade transitions.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with a degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations, pay attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism.
- Having a good understanding of government policies for related industries.
- Welcome challenges and proactive in solving problems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, as well as tax regulations.
- Knowledge in Kingdee ERP is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
