Job Responsibilities
- Lead research projects on PPG-based heart rate and SpO2 measurements, digital signal processing, and multi-modal signal analysis.
- Design experiments using multi-modal signals to develop novel physiological monitoring solutions.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for signal processing, noise reduction, feature extraction, and data fusion.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate research findings into mobile applications for data analysis and visualization.
- Utilize digital and wireless interfaces (e.g., UART and Bluetooth) for data acquisition and communication.
- Prepare research proposals, reports, and publications to contribute to the scientific community.
- Implement algorithms in C, Python, Dart, and PHP for real-time signal processing, app development, and interface integration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines
Job Requirements
- Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PPG, digital signal processing, and multi-modal signal analysis.
- Strong knowledge of PPG principles, signal processing techniques and feature extraction algorithms.
- Proficiency in implementing algorithms in C, Python, Dart, and PHP.
- Experience in mobile app development and data visualization.
- Familiarity with digital and wireless interfaces such as UART and Bluetooth.
- Strong publication record and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Basic proficiency in Chinese.
- Willingness and ability to travel to the People's Republic of China as needed.
- Overseas experience is preferred.
