Technical Program Manager

Driving the development and launch of complex, cross-functional projects;
Communicate customer expectation and requirements to program team; facilitate responses, customer and program meetings;
Manage cross function team; communicate and track functional deliverables; motivate and encourage teamwork;
Develop, update and manage program timing plan, considering customer deliverables and internal requirement;
Ensure all cost elements are captured for program calculation and approval; pursue on time program approval; track program spending; constantly work on improvements to program financials up to program accomplishment.
Ensure all program deliverables (e.g., design, tooling, buy parts, manufacturing) meet and exceed requirements within program objectives;
Actively tackle upcoming issues and bring them to closure to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction; take forward looking approach, anticipate and avoid possible issues.

Have a recognized Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics majors.
Have strong leadership behavior in order to manage and motivate cross functional team;
Equipped with high level of organizational skills, ability to handle multiple assigned tasks;
3+ years’ experience in program management, preferably in automotive industry;
Knowledgeable in program management processes and tools, able to use standard software (Excel, PowerPoint, Project);
Be good team player, self-motivated, able to meet project deadline;
Have a good passion in new technology and innovation, quick learner and;
Have a good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
