Job Responsibilities
- Fabricate prototypes for trials and commercialization;
- Collaborate with other research staff on R&D and scale-up work;
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills in the choice of active herbal ingredients, oral and/or topical formulation development;
- Facilitate the daily operations of the team; and
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Biology or related disciplines;
- Experience in food and beverage industry is an advantage;
- Good command of English and Chinese, articulate report writing / presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, work independently and able to communicate in teamwork;
- Positive, analytical, critical thinking and good troubleshooting skill; and
- Effective time management and prioritization skills for balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
