Assistant / Deputy Manager - Fleet Technical

To monitor performance and maintenance standards of assigned vessels. To motivate optimum productivity of M&R to be performed by ship crew
To assist, monitor and control annual budget of assigned vessels
To monitor activities of ship hands of vessels assigned to ensure the Company policies, guidelines and procedures are implemented effectively
To monitor and supervise vessel's day to day operations, cargo and navigation related matters
To assist Nautical Safety to perform internal audit
To investigate and provide support to insurance claim related matters to hull, machinery and P&I
To carry out vessel performance analysis, including cost/inventory control of fuel consumptions, lubricants, spare parts, stores, lashing gears, etc
To complete all fleet vessel's report regularly and assist on various retrofit ad hoc project if required

Shipboard engineer or University degree in Marine Engineering or related disciplines
Min. 3 years' relevant working experience in Marine Engineering and Shipboard Management
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua a plus
