Job Responsibilities
- Provide whole-process HR services, including talent recruitment, talent development, talent evaluation, employee welfare, etc.;
- Assist in various recruitment activities, such as job fairs and internship programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements and advise management on necessary actions.
- Prepare HR related data and analysis reports.
- Support temporary administrative tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years working experience in human resources, possession of a BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in hiring from overseas and mainland China.
- Work experience in an NGO, University, State-owned Enterprise (Mainland China) is desirable.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required;
- Able to complete work independently, have a good sense of confidentiality, and can maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information;
