Assistant HR Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide whole-process HR services, including talent recruitment, talent development, talent evaluation, employee welfare, etc.;
  • Assist in various recruitment activities, such as job fairs and internship programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Prepare HR related data and analysis reports.
  • Support temporary administrative tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years working experience in human resources, possession of a BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in hiring from overseas and mainland China.
  • Work experience in an NGO, University, State-owned Enterprise (Mainland China) is desirable.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required;
  • Able to complete work independently, have a good sense of confidentiality, and can maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information;
