(Assistant) Store Design Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the store design process from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life.
  • Conduct thorough space planning and layout design to optimize the flow and functionality of our retail spaces, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop Fixture Design Concepts and translating to Technical Drawings.
  • Collaborate closely with local business units store design teams to ensure the smooth implementation and delivery.
  • Conduct Project Learnings for Continuous Improvements where required and update the Technical Specifications Guidelines accordingly. Ensure all Project Data Documentation Management are archived accordingly.
  • Manage Support Designers throughout the design process.
  • Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite to create detailed and visually compelling store renderings and presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in relevant discipline. Proven experience in store design, preferably within the retail industry. Agency exp. is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite, with the ability to create exceptional 2D/3D store renderings and presentations.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, space utilization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of layout space planning, fixture design, and visual merchandising principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design solutions.
  • Candidates with strong expertise will be considered as Manager.
