Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline

Innovate and contribute from day to day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency

1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts
Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
Understanding on incidents response and prioritization
Good Attention to details
Good written and verbal communication in English
Experience in network cabling include optical
1+ years of data center experience
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
Knowledge on continuous process improvement
Literacy in security and customer data protection
