Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman’s Office;
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate the meetings or events as required including agenda preparation, and other events such as managing travel and accommodation;
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive project success;
- Support Chairman's Office for business & personal matters;
- Maintain confidential documents and assist in market research & ad hoc duties
- Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Management or equivalent;
- At least 2-3 years working experience in admin and business support;
- Solid experience in serving senior executives and sizable companies is definite advantage;
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
- Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, and team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Fast paced with good time management skills, able to prioritize and organize well;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Immediate available is advantageous
